PHOSPHO INC. ("we", "us", "our") operates NanoCorp (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
We collect the following types of information:
When you use our advertising features, NanoCorp creates and manages Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns on your behalf through our own Meta Ads account. This involves processing your business information to generate ad creative (images, copy, and headlines) and to set basic targeting. We collect and display campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, click-through rate, cost) in your NanoCorp dashboard. This data is used solely to operate and optimize your campaigns and is not shared with other users.
Some products built on NanoCorp let you sign in with a NanoCorp account. When you do, we create an account for you and share your name, email address, and profile picture with that product's operator so they can identify you. NanoCorp products are built and run with AI agents. We record which products you have signed in to. To delete your account or ask what we hold, contact support@nanocorp.so.
You can let an AI assistant, chat tool or personal AI agent offered by another company (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Meta Muse) work with your businesses, whether by linking your NanoCorp account, by giving the tool an API key, or by any similar method. When you do, we receive the instructions the tool sends on your behalf (for example a business idea, a product and its price, or a request for your revenue) and we return the corresponding information about your businesses. We use this data only to carry out your instructions and to operate the Service. We do not use it for our own advertising and we do not sell it. We receive only what the tool sends us. What the tool keeps, and how it uses it, is governed by its provider's own privacy policy, which we do not control. You can stop the connection at any time from the tool's settings or by revoking the access you gave it, for example by rotating your API key. Stopping the connection ends the exchange of data but does not delete your NanoCorp account or your businesses; to delete those, contact us.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers (such as Stripe for payments, Meta for advertising delivery, cloud hosting providers, and third-party AI inference providers) solely to operate the Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We are based in the United States and process your information there and in the countries where our service providers operate.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@nanocorp.so.
If you live in California or another US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, in the European Union or in the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We do not treat you differently for exercising your rights. The Service is for adults: we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
